This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of our website, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree to it, please do not use the Services.

This AUP supplements and must be read together with our Privacy Policy, Service Level Agreement, and Cookie Policy (collectively, the "Contracts"). You may find them on our website.

1. General Rules of Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and legal obligations including those applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Services in a way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes the rights of others
  • Interferes with the security, integrity, or operation of the Services

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, support, or facilitate any of the following:

A. Illegal, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Conduct

  • Any unlawful activity
  • Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
  • Deceptive practices or misrepresentation
  • Falsifying information, including in account registration or transactions

B. Abuse, Harassment, or Harmful Conduct

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or stalking
  • Abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or violent conduct
  • Encouraging or promoting violence or illegal acts
  • Sharing content that is unlawful or that violates the rights or safety of others

C. Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Uploading, sharing, distributing, or using content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights
  • Using the Services to unlawfully copy, reproduce, or distribute protected content
  • Misrepresenting ownership or authorship of intellectual property
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Services, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law

D. Security Violations and System Misuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, networks, or data
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system
  • Bypassing or circumventing authentication, access controls, or security measures
  • Introducing malware, spyware, ransomware, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful code
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers, including denial-of-service attacks

E. Unauthorized Data Collection / Scraping

  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders) to access the Services without our written permission
  • Collecting or harvesting personal information of others without consent or lawful authority
  • Extracting, copying, or indexing content in a manner that violates this AUP or our Terms

F. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Sending spam, junk mail, chain letters, or mass unsolicited communications
  • Phishing or distributing scams
  • Using the Services to distribute unauthorized advertising or promotional materials

G. Fraudulent Payments and Chargeback Abuse

  • Using stolen payment methods or unauthorized payment accounts
  • Initiating fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, or reversals
  • Engaging in payment manipulation or transaction laundering

H. Misuse of Access, Accounts, or Credentials

  • Sharing login credentials in violation of our Terms
  • Using another person's account without authorization
  • Creating accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes
  • Using the Services to create fake identities or misrepresent affiliation

I. Restricted and High-Risk Activities

  • Terrorism or violent extremism
  • Exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of any kind
  • Illegal weapons activity
  • Unlawful gambling
  • Illegal drug distribution
  • Any activity involving minors that is exploitative, harmful, or unlawful

J. Competitor Use / Model Training Restriction

  • Build competing products
  • Train machine learning models using the Services or content
  • Extract content for commercial replication

3. Compliance With Trade Sanctions and Export Laws

You may not use the Services in violation of applicable trade sanctions or export control laws, including (where applicable) laws and regulations of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or other relevant authorities. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not use the Services if you are located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive US sanctions or listed on any US government restricted-party list.

4. User Content and Responsibility

If you submit, upload, transmit, or otherwise make content available through the Services ("User Content"), you are solely responsible for such User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content
  • Your User Content does not violate applicable law or this AUP
  • Your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party

We may remove or restrict access to User Content at any time if we reasonably believe it violates this AUP or applicable law.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including:

  • Issuing warnings
  • Removing or restricting access to User Content
  • Limiting functionality or access
  • Suspending or terminating accounts
  • Blocking IP addresses or device identifiers
  • Reporting unlawful conduct to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Pursuing legal remedies

We may take these actions with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of the Services or violation of this AUP, you agree to promptly notify us at the email address below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the effective date of the most recent version. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Relationship to Other Terms

This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Contracts. If there is a conflict between this AUP and our Master Subscription Agreement, the terms of our Master Subscription Agreement will control unless stated otherwise.
